2. Description of Service

TrafficBench provides tools for monitoring brand visibility in AI search engines and local maps, including but not limited to GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) analytics and brand sentiment tracking.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the Service. Automated access to the Service (crawling/scraping) is only permitted via authorized API keys or in accordance with our robots.txt policy.

5. Intellectual Property

All content and tools provided through the Service are the property of TrafficBench and are protected by intellectual property laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

TrafficBench is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
